2. The driver must have a valid driver's license
3. The driver must have valid auto insurance
4. Truck must be returned in like condition, with the fuel level at the same amount as it was borrowed with
5. Client must sign a 'truck borrower's agreement' form
6. Truck can be used in the states of PA & NJ only
7. No Smoking in the Truck
